- Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the manager.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible and willing to take on tasks assigned by the manager.
