HR & Admin Officer

Job Description
- Prepare and process payroll
- Assist in arrangements for meetings, events, and office gatherings.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits & claims, leave management, training and payroll.
- Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portals.
- Oversee general office administration including supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation for HR and operational matters.
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR and Admin Team as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Team Player
- Must be able to travel island wide for business needs when requested
