Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Finance & HR Admin/Officer (Contract).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct manual verification and matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support the processing of invoices and data entry for financial transactions, contributing to record-keeping and documentation.
- Generate weekly and monthly schedules for vendor payments and create sales orders and invoices as necessary.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation for Finance operations, ensuring timely filing and administrative support.
- Provide assistance during the SAP automation project's transition phase, including system testing and data validation.
- Support pantry orders and replenishment while maintaining basic HR records, such as filing and tracking documents.
- Engage in simple HR tasks and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned, including office support during festive seasons.
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational background in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance or HR administration.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document verification.
- Basic understanding of Finance processes such as invoice and PO/GRN matching.
- Ability to work independently while managing deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
