Responsibilities
- Providing clerical and administrative assistance within the company.
- Preparing reports, documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
- Perform administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities - PO, DO, Invoice and handling RMA case.
- Picking & packing products – involving online platform, outlets distribution, and cooperate orders.
- Coordinate with transportation providers, manage delivery schedules, and resolve shipping issues.
- Involved in receiving of incoming goods and arrangement of delivery for orders.
- Maintain and update inventory records and ensure the stock inventory level is accurate.
- Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
- Ensure monthly warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
- Assist in company events if there is any.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or in any related field.
- Candidate with no experience but with positive attitude are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Candidates with related working experiences in warehouse management,logistic or shipping would be advantageous.
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn and team player.
- Candidate with creative thinking, open minded and flexible to changing situation would be a plus point.
- Able to start work immediate or with short notice would be a plus point.
