Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing (mid-month & end-month), including verification of timesheets, annual leave, medical leave, and related matters.
- Assist in leave administration, allowances, and deductions; prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc.).
- Assist in work injury reporting, investigation, and follow-up.
- Provide general administrative support, such as document preparation for monthly billing submission
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level qualification
- Fresh graduates are welcome (on-the-job training will be provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
