**What the role is**
- As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, Talent Management in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will play an important role in the implementation of HR policies and initiatives for the management, development and engagement of the Ministry's talents.
**What you will be working on**
- Manage the identification, development, career progression and deployment of the Ministry's talents
- Review talent management policies and initiatives to support the effective development, engagement and retention of talents in the Ministry
- Plan and administer engagement and development programmes
- Provide guidance and advice to Ministry's talents on career matters
**What we are looking for**
- A highly driven team player with good multi-tasking ability
- Strong analytical, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large volumes of data
- Ablility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
