What You Will Be Working On
You will be part of the Talent Management team responsible for the review, formulation & implementation of talent management policies and initiatives. Your key responsibilities would be as follows:
Manage the secondment and structured job rotation of officers for career growth
Administer the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP) to support talent development
Manage the nomination of talents for postgraduate and executive development studies
Design and implement coaching and mentoring initiatives and resources to support employee growth
Monitor and assess the talent development initiatives for officers on specialist track, recommending improvements where needed
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong thinking, organisational and communication skills
Able to work effectively within tight deadlines
Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff
Able to work well independently and in a team
