What You Will Be Working On

You will be part of the Talent Management team responsible for the review, formulation & implementation of talent management policies and initiatives. Your key responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Manage the secondment and structured job rotation of officers for career growth
  • Administer the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP) to support talent development
  • Manage the nomination of talents for postgraduate and executive development studies
  • Design and implement coaching and mentoring initiatives and resources to support employee growth
  • Monitor and assess the talent development initiatives for officers on specialist track, recommending improvements where needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong thinking, organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively within tight deadlines
  • Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
