**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior management to support business growth and organizational development.
- Manage and drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
