Central Region, Singapore HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

One of our established clients in Property Sector is looking for Senior HR Executive to support them in their expansion.

Job Scope:

Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for operations, from sourcing to placement (which include from on-boarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, and making salary proposal and job offers) to separations
  • Develop effective hiring strategies
  • Liaise with school for internship application and internship matters
  • Analyzing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting

Payroll and Compliance

  • Manage the entire function of payroll
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR and payroll data.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws (e.g., Employment Act, FCF, WP Quotas)

HR Business Partnering

  • Work closely with Operations team to address staff concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, performance management and employee relations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as staff events, recognition programs and workshops

HR Administration and Compliance

  • Maintain and update HRIS, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Issue letters to the employee on various stages of employment cycle.
  • Issuance, renewal and cancellation of work pass to employee

HR Business Partnering

  • Work closely with Management team and operation team to address staff concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, performance management and employee relations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as staff events, recognition programs and workshops

Performance Management & Training Development

  • Managed the entire performance management process (including appraisal & performance improvement plan etc)
  • Support in training registration , course application and training related grants for employee

Requirement:

Qualifications

  • Must have a Diploma in Human Resource studies or Degree or postgraduate education in HR or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in HR
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and Singapore Labour Law, CPF and TAFEP
  • Enjoy connecting and working with different levels of stakeholders
  • Detail- oriented, well-organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Headcount : Less than 50 (for Singapore office)

Location: Alexandra Road (nearest MRT : Red Hill)
