Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-performing distributor partnerships across the APAC region.
- Drive market penetration and sales growth through effective distributor management.
- Plan and execute impactful regional marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Develop and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with distributor partners.
- Enhance brand visibility and market share within assigned territories.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors across the APAC region.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in electronic components, preferably passive components.
- Self-driven, adaptable to different cultures, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
