About the role

Reporting to the Brand Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join a dynamic FMCG company, PSC Corporation Ltd. As part of the brand management team, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our consumer products portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Implement and execute marketing plans and campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, digital, creative) to deliver integrated marketing activities
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform brand strategy
  • Manage and optimise the brand's digital and social media presence
  • Contribute to the development of new product concepts and innovations
  • Assist with the preparation of brand budgets and performance reporting

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing principles in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Passionate about building and growing consumer brands
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
