Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager / Business Unit Manager to take full responsibility for the strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business growth of our core health supplement brand or product line.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and budgets.
  • Define brand positioning and core messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and guide product development and iteration.

2. Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the overall product portfolio and tailor marketing strategies for each product stage (launch, growth, maturity, and decline).
  • Lead or support new product development, including concept creation, formulation input, value proposition, and packaging design.

3. Integrated Marketing Communications

  • Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (social media, KOL/KOC collaborations, in-feed ads, content marketing), traditional media, Public Relations events, and offline experiences.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing content across all channels to ensure accuracy, consistency, and engagement.

4. Business Development & Sales Management

  • Set and monitor sales targets across multiple channels (e-commerce, pharmacies, chain stores, and new retail).
  • Work closely with the sales team to design channel strategies, promotional activities, and sales tools to achieve targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback, adjusting strategies to drive performance.

5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the brand/business unit team to achieve excellence and foster growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments (Product, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Budget & Performance Management

  • Plan, allocate, and control brand/business unit budgets efficiently.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, market share, sales revenue, profitability, and ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the health supplement, health food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
  • At least 3 years in brand management or leading a product line independently.
  • Proven success in new product launches (0 to 1) preferred.
  • Experience in business unit management and familiarity with P&L management is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of the health supplement industry, consumer behavior, regulations, and market trends.
  • Proficient in branding, integrated marketing, and digital marketing (especially platforms like TikTok and Shopee).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong project and team management, with effective cross-functional communication skills.
