Executive Assistant (Supply Application)

Location: Kallang Sector

Salary: $2,580 – $2,800 + bonus

Duration: 1-year contract, extendable/convertible

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant (Supply Application) will manage electricity supply application processes, support reporting, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist in special projects to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process electricity supply applications efficiently
  • Monitor performance statistics and prepare performance/remittance reports
  • Tag tenant meters and manage service connection quotations
  • Issue refunds and payment acknowledgement letters
  • Liaise with customers and external stakeholders on supply application matters
  • Respond to enquiries via letters, emails, and verbal communications
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with stakeholders
  • Assist in special projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Section

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline from a local Polytechnic
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Capable of managing stress and meeting tight deadlines
