The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work in a top government R&D agency in Singapore
  • Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm
  • Nearest MRT: One-North
  • 6 Months contract (Yearly renewal subjected to business directions and performance)
  • Salary: up to $2800

  • Min diploma in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external

Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media platforms; support internal and external communications to highlight key initiatives
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
  • Support communication efforts, including email outreach and correspondence with partners
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials; manage ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Contribute to post-event engagement activities
  • Assist in communications and engagement activities
