About the role
Yours Avery Events Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to join our team in the West Region on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our experienced Events Managers, ensuring the seamless execution of high-profile corporate events and client-facing functions.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and guest coordination
- Providing on-site event support, including set-up, troubleshooting, and liaising with vendors and attendees
- Maintaining detailed event records, including budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging event promotion materials
- Providing exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- A passion for the events industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our clients' events
