Leasing Manager, Commercial

Job Responsibilities:

·       Overall Responsible for Tenancy Matters of Tenants and Managing of Lease Issues with Tenants

·       Well versed in compliance requirements and ensure Tenants comply with Authorities regulations on compliance matters

·       Negotiate and process the renewal documents of Tenancy Agreements with Tenants

·       Good knowledge of market rental and formulate strategies with encompass rental review

·       Responsible for Rental Collection

·       Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship

·       Able to value add and maximise returns to the property

·       Hand / Takeover of Properties

Job Requirements:

·       Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial/Commercial rental portfolio

·       Able to communicate well with English and Mandarin speaking tenants

·       Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication of interpersonal skills

·       Able to work independently with minimum supervision

·       Able to work in a team
