The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a renowned Semiconductor Foundry on hiring for backfill purpose. We are looking for experienced CMP Process Manager with prior experience in relevant process in the fab setting. This position will manage and lead a group of Senior Engineers, Engineer and Associate Engineers to sustain and optimize process capability to meet modules goals.

The Job:

  • Establish plans and strategies to meet and surpass manufacturing performance indices
  • Establish smooth operation of manufacturing through the establishment of robust manufacturing processes; high equipment availability and clear operating procedures
  • Forecast and budget for test wafers and process-related expenditures
  • Implement work improvement methods or methodologies to reduce defect density, costs, improve throughput or OEE, Cpk and create robust processes
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to improve yield, quality and throughput
  • Implement SPC/FMEA/DOE as means of Total Quality Control
  • Spearhead and facilitate continuous improvement through QIT programs to create cost effective and robust processes
  • Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates
  • Provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
  • Conduct regular feedback and communication sessions with staff for work improvement and maintain morale
  • Responsible for process installation and monitoring and capability reporting
  • Responsible for recipe management, control, availability and documentation

The Talent:

  • MSc/ Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Operational experience with technical expertise in Diffusion/ CMP Process experiences
  • Expert semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment/ process knowledge
  • Team performance management knowledge
