About the Role

My client is seeking a driven and resourceful professional to support organization-wide transformation initiatives. This role will be seconded to one of their operational pillars, where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to review business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive performance and digital readiness.

You will play a key role in reorganization and process reengineering efforts—helping streamline operations, improve visibility through data and KPIs, and set the foundation for digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with pillar and corporate leaders to assess current frameworks, processes, and operational gaps.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, applying LEAN or Six Sigma methodology to define issues, track progress, and control outcomes.
  • Build visibility and performance dashboards, developing KPIs at pillar level and consolidating insights at organization level.
  • Coordinate and leverage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to meet project objectives effectively.
  • Support change management efforts and engage stakeholders to measure progress and embed improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, or transformation, ideally in complex or matrix environments.
  • Working knowledge of LEAN principles; Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in project or change management, with strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, design solutions, and implement measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development, performance measurement, and dashboarding.
