Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee research teams in collaboration with clinicians to conduct high-impact studies that improve health service outcomes.
  • Develop, execute, and assess clinical research projects in alignment with national healthcare priorities.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies.
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities, including competitive grants, within the healthcare and AI research sectors.

Qualifications

  • Master in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Extensive experience in health service operations research or a related field, with in-depth knowledge of the Singapore healthcare landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, managing, and evaluating clinical research projects of varying scales.
