Administrative Efficiency and Support
- Manage and streamline day-to-day administrative operations across all departments.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless administrative processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the liaison between different departments for administrative support needs.
- Assist operational teams (e.g., Queen's Coffee, Central Kitchen, Toast Box, BreadTalk) with documentation, scheduling, and internal communication.
Compliance and Office Standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain records for inspections, audits, and licenses in coordination with relevant departments.
Project and Event Support
- Provide administrative support for division-wide projects, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and training sessions.

Key Requirements:
Education and Certifications

Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
Skills and Competencies

- Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of operational processes in F&B outlets, production kitchens, and support functions.
