Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze HR metrics and data for management reporting and strategic planning.
  • Support regional HR initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and sustainability-related reporting.
  • Act as the key HR contact for incident management and internal escalation processes.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and handle compliance-related documentation and government claims.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, office administration tasks, and support health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a HR role, ideally with exposure to both strategic and operational HR.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
