
Group HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze HR metrics and data for management reporting and strategic planning.
- Support regional HR initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and sustainability-related reporting.
- Act as the key HR contact for incident management and internal escalation processes.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and handle compliance-related documentation and government claims.
- Coordinate internal HR communications, office administration tasks, and support health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a HR role, ideally with exposure to both strategic and operational HR.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
