Member Relations Executive

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members, build a strong prospect pipeline, and represent the club at networking events and industry functions.
  • Conduct personalized club tours to showcase amenities and benefits, ensuring prospective members fully understand the value of membership.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the club's CRM system to support effective follow-ups and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Producer and Concierge team to create promotional campaigns and exclusive events aimed at member acquisition.
  • Collect feedback from prospects and new members to improve the sales journey, and regularly report on performance metrics to refine sales strategies.

Requirement:

  • With more 3 years working experience in hospitality or APAC region
  • Strong people and negotiation skills, self-driven, and preferably connected with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Up to $5500
  • Located near Telok Ayer or Raffles place MRT Station
