Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for global positions, including freelancers and interns.
  • Learning & Development: Plan, develop, implement, and administer learning and development programs.
  • HRMS Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in the Info-Tech HRMS system.
  • Work Pass Management: Handle all MOM work pass related matters.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding employee experience.
  • General HR Support: Assist with other HR-related tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of HR related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act and current HR practices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with colleagues in China).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, and demonstrates a high degree of professional integrity.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Info-Tech HRMS is a strong advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
