Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for global positions, including freelancers and interns.
- Learning & Development: Plan, develop, implement, and administer learning and development programs.
- HRMS Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in the Info-Tech HRMS system.
- Work Pass Management: Handle all MOM work pass related matters.
- Employee Lifecycle: Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding employee experience.
- General HR Support: Assist with other HR-related tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of HR related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act and current HR practices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with colleagues in China).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful, self-driven, and demonstrates a high degree of professional integrity.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Info-Tech HRMS is a strong advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
