As a HR Executive (recruitment), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing (main focus)

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, with priority on hiring foreign-trained healthcare workers such as nurses and care staff.
  • Build strong working relationships with overseas agencies and training providers; coordinate interviews, screening, and offer processes.
  • Participate in international hiring trips and job fairs when required.
  • Monitor manpower pipeline, including quota usage, work pass submissions, and approvals.
  • Draft employment offers and arrange medical check-ups and onboarding logistics.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Issue letters for confirmations, probation extensions, or contract renewals.
  • Keep accurate records for employee transfers, reassignments, and other movements.
  • Track and manage contract renewals, including retirement and re-employment cases.
  • Provide support in compensation, benefits, and related HR matters.
  • Ensure timely renewal of work passes and maintain proper documentation in line with regulations.

Employee Relations & Support

  • Provide guidance on leave, benefits, claims, and performance-related queries.
  • Act as the go-to contact point for HR enquiries, resolving issues promptly.

HRIS & Systems

  • Set up and update staff information, leave entitlements, and claims within the HR system.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

General HR Support

  • Contribute to policy development and HR process improvements.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies where needed.
  • Prepare reports and assist in audits and compliance reviews.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments from HR leadership.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
