HR Executive

Location: West of Singapore
Employment Type: 6-month Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Compensation & Payroll Manager in the execution of compensation initiatives and payroll administration.
- Perform payroll validation across business units to ensure accurate and timely salary payments, including annual bonuses, salary review and promotion exercises.
- Partner with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to implement compensation programmes and reward frameworks.
- Contribute to manpower planning, budgeting, and process automation projects (e.g. billing and systems enhancement).
- Collaborate with payroll vendors, HR operations and system owners to troubleshoot issues and support policy implementation.
- Prepare payroll reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
- Handle confidential employee data professionally and maintain compliance with statutory regulations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Compensation, Payroll or HR Operations in a mid to large-sized organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and HR/payroll systems.
- Good understanding of local employment and payroll legislation.
