
Regional Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new customers, including re-engaging past accounts
- Create demand and build networks through trade fairs, sales, and customer events
- Prepare and conduct sales meetings, presenting Sennheiser solutions (hardware & software)
- Act as the main contact point to customers, manage relationships, and develop projects
- Conduct product demonstrations and involve internal team members when needed
- Understand customer needs, decision-making processes, and market trends
- Manage order process from forecasting to fulfillment
- Provide technical advice, training, and after-sales support
- Record activities, leads, opportunities, and projects in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in outside business development and/or sales, preferably within the Pro AV or related industry
- Business development management (BDM) experience in Southeast Asia is encouraged and will be an advantage
- Proven ability to demonstrate and sell digital hardware and software solutions
