What you'll do:

- Manage and develop team members by providing guidance on complex enquiries, coaching staff for professional growth, and ensuring prompt responses aligned with scheme policies.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field is required; professional HR certifications are preferred for added credibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end HR system implementation projects with strong technical knowledge of relevant platforms.
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits practices within the healthcare or public sector environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence outcomes through negotiation at all organisational levels.
- Advanced analytical abilities combined with experience in process improvement initiatives including automation strategies.
- Proven track record in team leadership with capability to coach, mentor, and develop staff members for optimal performance.
- Strategic mindset enabling translation of business requirements into actionable HR solutions that support organisational goals.
- Robust project management skills allowing effective handling of multiple concurrent workstreams without compromising quality or timelines.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills essential for engaging diverse audiences during change management activities.
- Minimum eight years' experience in human resources roles with at least five years specialising in compensation & benefits as well as HRIS implementation.
