
Senior Manager/Manager Compensation and Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to lead our rewards and payroll operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent while driving operational excellence.
This role oversees compensation, benefits, and outsourced payroll operations, leads the annual C&B budget process, and plays a key role in integration and migration projects for new acquisitions.
What You'll DoCompensation & Benefits Strategy
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with business strategy and market benchmarks.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and performance-based adjustments.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to management for workforce planning and budgeting.
- Lead the annual C&B budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
Payroll Oversight (Outsourced)
- Manage outsourced payroll vendor to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
- Review and approve payroll reports, ensuring compliance with CPF, IRAS, MOM, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee year-end submissions, tax clearance, and statutory filings.
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries and issue resolution.
Benefits Administration
- Design and manage employee benefits programs (medical, insurance, leave, wellness, etc.).
- Review and negotiate benefit plans with providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and relevance.
Integration & Migration (Acquisitions)
- Lead C&B integration for newly acquired entities.
- Conduct due diligence on acquired companies' C&B structures to identify gaps and harmonisation opportunities.
- Oversee smooth migration of employee data, payroll, and benefits administration.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure C&B policies comply with all statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
- Stay updated on legislative changes impacting compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to advise on pay structures, promotions, and retention packages.
- Train HR team members on C&B policies and payroll processes.
- Present insights and reports to management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8 years' C&B experience with strong exposure to outsourced payroll vendor management.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations.
- Proven track record in C&B budgeting and payroll/C&B integration during acquisitions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and vendor management systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
