What We Need:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and technical implementation of our cutting-edge gaming projects. You'll collaborate closely with external business users and internal cross-functional teams including game developers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- To gather user requirements and to produce requirement documentation by working closely with the project stakeholders including developers, product owners and external business users.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of API Integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure smooth and successful platform integration with external business users.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project workflows and efficiency.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the gaming or tech industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex technical API Integration projects.
- Solid understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamer preferences and trends.
