Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of M&E engineering projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards as well as contractual specifications.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, submissions, and method statements.
  • Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders, and other project documentation.
  • Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technicians, fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project management experience in M&E or construction projects, preferably in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and project management best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering mid-to-large scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure.
  • PMP certification or equivalent professional accreditation will be an advantage.
