About the role

At Datumstruct Solutions Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the Changi East Region. As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our diverse range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project objectives
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and client requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver successful project outcomes

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in the Trades & Services industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to different project requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that arise during project execution
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within defined timelines and budgets
  • Singaporean, Permeant Resident and EP holder only
