Senior Project Manager

The incumbent will lead end-to-end AV projects—coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with consultants/contractors/suppliers, and turn schematics into precise construction drawings. Plan resources, manage schedule, budget, BOM & changes, mitigate risks, ensure compliant installation, and drive clear client communication, smooth handovers, and strict safety/quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal team members including AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers.
  • Liaise effectively with external parties such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and interpret schematic designs and construction drawings to develop accurate and detailed AV construction drawings.
  • Plan, manage, and schedule project resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and Bills of Materials (BOM), including the tracking of change orders.
  • Develop and oversee detailed project timelines and resource plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise the installation and integration of AV systems on-site, ensuring full compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, manage expectations, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are aligned with safety protocols, technical specifications, and company quality standards

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Local Diploma
  • At least 5 years of relevant Project Manager role in construction/ A&A/ M&E environments
  • Organized and able to handle stress
  • Contributes by solving problems and applying experience to typical projects.
