What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work architects/consultants
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Involvement in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages.
  • Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to manage expectations and provide progress updates
  • Continuously optimising processes and implementing best practices to improve project efficiency and delivery

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Proven track record in successfully managing complex construction projects, from inception to completion
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate challenges and find creative solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
