Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage lighting projects from design coordination to installation and handover.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and procurement teams as well as external contractors and consultants.
  • Handle technical submissions, procurement, site coordination, and testing & commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project phases.
  • Mentor junior project team members and support overall project management processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in lighting, construction, or building services industry.
  • Strong understanding of lighting systems, installation processes, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools; knowledge of AutoCAD or DIALux is an advantage.
