Job Overview

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Executive to lead and support digital content initiatives and website releases. This role combines project coordination with hands-on content operations and quality assurance, including UAT execution and migration validation. The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining clear and organized documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital content projects, including defining scope, assigning responsibilities, and revising work plans to meet evolving requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and delivery, ensuring milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and stakeholder communication is maintained.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support website and platform releases, validating published content and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage and publish web content (text, images, files) using CMS platforms such as SharePoint and Sitefinity, ensuring consistency in formatting, metadata, and taxonomy.
  • Maintain structured content architecture by collaborating with UX/UI teams to align page layouts, navigation, and taxonomy standards.
  • Conduct content audits and migration checks to verify accuracy, link integrity, and formatting during web transitions or enhancements.
  • Prepare and execute UAT test scripts to validate layout, functionality, and user experience across project websites.
  • Test and validate website functionality, logging issues and coordinating resolution with technical teams during UAT phases.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and current, including guides, test scripts, and migration logs.
  • Contribute to process improvements by staying current with CMS capabilities and recommending enhancements to content governance and operation efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in repetitive or structured tasks
  • Demonstrates responsibility, ownership, and a proactive attitude towards quality delivery
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and web administration tools (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
  • Prior experience with CMS platforms such as SharePoint or Sitefinity is a strong advantage
  • Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
