Job Scope:
  • Achieve and exceed cargo sales targets by promoting the airline's cargo services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and direct clients.
  • Provide excellent service and regular follow-up to grow the existing customer base.
  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with the airline's cargo capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
  • Coordinate closely with cargo operations, customer service, and station teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline or air cargo industry.
  • Good knowledge of export/import and cross-trade shipment requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
