Job Scope:
Service Crew
- Greet and assist customers with their orders and inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to customers.
Cook
- Prepare and cook food according to the menu and company standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations, following hygiene guidelines.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure stock levels are adequate.
Sous Chef
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
- Prepare a wide range of dishes from hearty brunch items to fresh salads and house-made bakes.
- Innovate seasonal menus and contribute to special promotions or events.
- Oversee food quality and consistency at every service.
Barista
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
- Provide warm and professional customer service, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system confidently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage customers effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in cooking will be an advantage
- Good attitude
