Role Overview

The HR Executive / Generalist will support the full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore, with key responsibilities in payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement. The role requires hands-on involvement, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Administration (40%)

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Manage employee records, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Handle HR-related documentation including contracts, letters, and statutory submissions.

Recruitment & Onboarding (40%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to interviews and offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture (20%)

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and staff well-being.
  • Collect feedback and propose improvements for employee experience.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, with knowledge of payroll and recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
