We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong focus on staffing and recruitment to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is integral to ensuring the company's talent needs are met efficiently while remaining compliant with local regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for IDL roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with external recruitment agencies.
  • Prepare employment contracts, appointments, and resignation letters.
  • Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure timely renewal and signing of employment contracts.
  • Process monthly HR-related payments (e.g., agency fees, clinic invoices, transport).
  • Conduct exit interviews and support employee counseling.
  • Maintain manpower reports, HR metrics, and government submissions (e.g., MOM).
  • Analyze turnover trends and support retention strategies.
  • Organize employee engagement and communication activities.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local laws and RBA standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline; qualifications in Human Resource Management or related fields are advantageous.
  • Preferably minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and work pass regulations.
