About the role

The HR Account Executive is a pivotal role within AFTERSHOCK PC PTE LTD' that plays a crucial part in the company's continued success. As a full-time member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to ensure a positive employee experience. This role is based in our Boon Keng Central Region office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for employee HR enquiries and requests
  2. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  3. Maintaining employee records and documentation
  4. Administering payroll and benefits processes
  5. Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
  6. Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  7. Collaborating with managers to address employee relations concerns
  8. Providing HR analytics and reporting to inform business decisions
  9. Assist in Account Reconcillation

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or administrator role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences
