Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain the company's financial and accounting system
  • Prepare and review accounting records, journal entries, and payments
  • Manage payroll, CPF submissions, leave administration, and staff benefits
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation (contracts, MOM filings, etc.)
  • Assist with tax, audit, and other compliance requirements
  • Prepare month-end closing reports and management accounts
  • Support company directors with administrative tasks as required
  • Handle business travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Willingness to travel for business to Indonesia, and Malaysia (as required)

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional studies
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or HR
  • Strong proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin for effective communication across teams. Knowledge of Hokkien or Cantonese will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (experience in system setup is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-growing startup environment
