Account cum HR Executive

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working day and hour: 5 days, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Accounting Scope:

  • Perform full sets of accounts such as day-to-day accounting function and month-end closing
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings (GST and VAT).
  • Assist with the audit reporting process & audit schedules
  • Payment collection
  • Perform monthly payroll (by System), CPF submission, tax, and insurance-related matters
  • Prepare revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.

  • Search on the government grant for SME.

  • Other ad hoc tasks will be assigned from time-to-time

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 2 years of experience in financial & human resource reporting.

· Mature, Conscientiousness, attention to detail, attentiveness to accuracy, and maintaining a positive attitude.

· Able to multi-tasking and proactive.

· Initiative and proactive in resolving issues.
