We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role involves managing full sets of accounts and supporting the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is independent, meticulous, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Client Details

A long-established engineering solutions provider serving the marine, offshore, and subsea sectors. The company operates from a large industrial facility with in-house testing capabilities and a strong regional footprint.

Description

  • Handle full sets of accounts independently
  • Report directly to the Finance Manager
  • Prepare and file GST reports
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, customers, and vendors
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as required

Profile

A successful Account Executive should have:

  • Diploma in Accountancy; candidates currently pursuing ACCA are welcome
  • Proficiency in accounting software (eg. SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
