About the role

Nutrition Asia Group, a leading provider of premium nutritional supplements, is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team in the Clarke Quay Central Region. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records, supporting the broader accounting and finance functions of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

· Maintain financial recording in the ERP program

· Perform general entry bookkeeping

· Maintains general ledger accounts, reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable details

· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

· Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly and yearly closing.

· Submit GST on behalf of the company.

· Manage cash flow, collections, and aging reports.

· Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers

· Inventory analysis.

· Maintain regular communication with manager and other staff and assist as needed

· Assist local auditors when required

· Support ad-hoc tasks when required

What we're looking for

· Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus

· Minimum with 1 year of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience - including experience managing A/R, A/P, and performing basic accounting functions.

· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanour.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
