Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Incentives
$3,500 - $5,000
Responsibilities
- Manage full accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
- Process invoices, payments, reconciliations, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Handle GST filings, tax submissions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and staff welfare matters.
- Manage recruitment activities – job postings, interviews, onboarding, and exit clearance.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related MOM documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and liaise with CPF, IRAS, and other authorities.
- Review and update HR policies and Employee Handbook to ensure compliance.
- Support management with ad-hoc duties, insurance matters, and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Familiar with Navision software
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Able to handle full set of accounting
- Able to work well in a team
