Job Description
- Prepare Monthly Billing, raise Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders, and route e-sign invoice for approval
- Processing of invoices, creating of payment summary and petty cash
- Perform reception duty for Management Office and assist with concierge duties (visitor management) where required
- Responsible for maintenance of Management Office logistics – photo copier, water dispensers, stationeries, refreshments, dry cleaning of uniform
- Use Yardi system to create work orders or feedback received from tenants or members of public and reply to these feedback
- Generate Yardi reports and send retail shop opening hours checklist weekly
- Prepare monthly management report
- Prepare tenants maintenance and insurance records submission
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager and supervisors
Job Requirements
- Minimum O-level with credits in English and Mathematics;
- Minimum 2 years of general and managing car park administrative experience; &
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
