We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to join our team and support our growing HR and administrative needs.

**Position Overview**:
As an HR/Admin Assistant, you will be pivotal in managing recruitment processes and providing comprehensive support to the reporting manager with various administrative tasks. Your role will ensure the efficient operation of our HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Support**_
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and facilitation of orientation sessions.
- Assist with recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.
- **Administrative Support to Manager**_
- Assist the manager with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing departmental communications.
- Help organize and coordinate team events, training sessions, and departmental activities.
- Maintain and update administrative records and files related to departmental operations.
- Handle social media platforms and manage related content.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,250.00 - $2,750.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
