Brief job requirements
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, data entry, answering phone calls, and responding to patient queries.
- Registering patients, managing patient flow, and scheduling appointments
Maintaining medical records and patient files
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn medical administrative software
A team player with a good positive attitude.
