Position: Full-Time

We are looking for a pro-active and organised **Admin Assistant** to support our Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare weekly meeting slides with sales report data for the Director’s review.
- Manage and organise Google Calendar and Google Drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Design and update materials using Canva or Microsoft Office Suites for presentations and reports.
- Make calls as needed to schedule appointments for the Director.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external team members.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma or higher (required).
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Quick to adapt to environment.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have a bubbly and friendly personality that helps create a welcoming office atmosphere.
